Warranties, Returns, and Refunds
These policies are only valid for purchases made on gingerlyshop.com. At Gingerly S.R.L., our goal is to satisfy all our customers.
All exchanges must be made within the first 15 days from the date on the original purchase invoice. No exchanges will be accepted for merchandise showing signs of having been used, mishandled, and/or altered. The merchandise must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
If you wish to cancel an order before receiving the product, you must do so within 60 minutes of placing the purchase; otherwise, no refunds can be issued.
• We accept returns for specific cases reported to info@gingerlyshop.com
• After the case has been analyzed and evaluated, exchanges and returns will be processed with a credit note that can be used for an online purchase.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
• We do not accept exchanges or returns for merchandise on sale or clearance.
• We do not accept exchanges or returns for merchandise purchased with gift certificates.
• We do not accept exchanges or returns for merchandise that is not in its original packaging.
• We do not accept exchanges or returns for products that were not purchased on www.gingerlyshop.com
REFUNDS
In the cases mentioned below, we will issue a refund:
• If the product you ordered was lost by the courier service.
• If the amount charged was more than the cost of the product and service (the difference will be refunded).
If you meet the above criteria, to request a refund, you must send an email to info@gingerlyshop.com with the following information:
• Order number
• Description and item number to be returned
• Reason for the refund
Once the email is received, the steps for receiving the merchandise will be reviewed, evaluated, and if approved, the refund will be processed.
Shipping costs for returns, exchanges, or refunds will be borne by the customer. Before sending a product for exchange, you must contact us at info@gingerlyshop.com to ensure it can be received during our service hours.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Items are not considered defective when:
a) There is misuse or incorrect use.
b) There is deterioration suffered as a result of abnormal and incorrect use.
c) A defect is claimed by comparison with another good or service of higher quality or of equal quality from another manufacturer or brand.
In case of receiving defective merchandise or product, you must report your specific case to info@gingerlyshop.com.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep these products in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct contact with sunlight or excessive temperatures.
LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
Gingerly guarantees its products under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) month from the original purchase date.
This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper use, or use of non-Gingerly products.
