Shipping Policies of gingerlyshop.com:
Thank you for choosing Gingerly. We ensure that you receive your products in the most sustainable way possible. Below are our shipping policies:
- Orders placed through gingerlyshop.com will be processed instantly and shipped on the next dispatch day. Shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays during the morning (8:30-10:00, 10:00-12:00) and afternoon (1:00-3:30) for Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional.
- Items will arrive within 2 to 5 business days, with the exception of holidays.
- Shipments to the interior are made to: Bávaro, Boca Chica, Cap Cana, Bayahibe, Higüey, Juan Dolio, La Romana, Punta Cana, San Pedro de Macorís, Bonao, Constanza, La Vega, Moca, Santiago, San Francisco de Macorís, Tenares, Cabarete, Cabrera, Gaspar Hernández, Nagua, Puerto Plata, Rio San Juan, Samaná, Sánchez, Sosúa, Santiago Rodríguez. These are sent every Wednesday or on days when there are orders, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
-Shipments to the interior are made via Metro Pac or Caribe Express, and the customer will be notified when the package is ready for pickup.
- Once an order is placed, it is not permitted to change the shipping address.
- Delivery day may vary depending on your place of residence.
- Orders are gift-wrapped.
- If an order is delayed, a team member will contact you directly. If you have a processed order, we ask that you pay attention to your contact information as our driver may contact you to inform you they are on their way, and a Gingerly team member will contact you to confirm receipt.
- Your order will arrive properly sealed for security. The driver will ask you to sign with your name as an acknowledgment of receipt.
- Shipping costs depend on the area.
- Please refer to our exchange and warranty policies if you need to make a specific change; exchanges are subject to availability.
